To register for Battlecode 2009, fill out the form below to create a user account. Please note that the creation and management of teams is independent of the registration process and may be done any time after creating a user account from the team management page (until you've created or joined a team, you're a "free agent"). Before you register, we suggest that you read the registration FAQ.

In order to participate in the MIT tournament, you must use your '@mit.edu' e-mail.

Almost anyone may participate in the open tournament, for more details see our tournaments page. However, to be eligible for prizes, you must register using an e-mail from an eligible school. Check the list of eligible schools to see if your school is already on it, or submit your school for approval.

Note: If you are registering from a school other than MIT, you will probably need to install the MIT Certificate Authority. If you don't, some browers may present a security warning when you try to establish a secure connection. To install the MIT CA please click here.
